Over the last 7 years, TCS has helped us with several projects including a walk up attic remodel, hardwood floors, bathroom renovations and a kitchen remodel.

We have had good and not so good experiences with contractors and subcontractors over the last 23 years.  TCS has been the best by far that we’ve worked with.

Why do we strongly recommend TCS?  It starts with B.A..  She truly has a gift for project management. She establishes a timeline for the project and it’s amazing how there is no deviation from the schedule.  This was especially important with our kitchen remodel, having to do without a kitchen for a family of 5 (and 2 dogs), we didn’t want the project to drag on for months. Everything stayed either on schedule or ahead of schedule, and the subcontractors were all highly skilled and great to work with.  There have been no cost overruns (scope creep) or delays with any of our projects.  There is regular, clear and concise communication from both B.A. and Cliff. The end result, the quality of the work itself and attention to detail, is the best that we have ever experienced.  On top of all of that, we really enjoy working with B.A. and Cliff.  They’re nice people with expert industry knowledge, integrity and they really care.  It’s a great feeling to hire a company like TCS and have complete trust in their process, knowing ahead of time that you will be very happy with the results.
