B.A. Eagles Featured by Women in Trades Hub

We’re proud to share that our very own B.A. Eagles, owner of Total Construction Solutions Inc, has been featured by Women in Trades Hub. It’s a national platform that champions women who own businesses in trades long dominated by men.

Women in Trades Hub was founded by Julie Walther. It supports women business owners in the trades with a business directory, professional services, networking events and mentorship. Its mission is to create lasting connections and drive real social change for women in construction and beyond. It means a lot to be recognized by a group that’s working to open doors for the next generation.

B.A. has built Total Construction Solutions into a woman-owned and operated general contractor based in Apex, North Carolina. What began as a small home repair company now handles home renovations and new home construction projects of up to $2 million. Our services include custom home design, kitchen and bathroom renovations, outdoor living spaces and more.

B.A.’s career started in 1993, when she graduated from Meredith College with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Since then she’s kept learning, growing and taking on new challenges. Today she brings that experience to every project we take on.

Women still make up only a small share of the construction workforce. That’s why features like this matter. Each one gives a young woman who’s thinking about a career in the trades another example to look up to. B.A. has never been shy about showing that this industry has room for everyone who brings skill, grit and a commitment to doing the job right.

Outside the jobsite, B.A. stays involved in the community. She takes part in the Apex Rotary Club, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Wake County, and other local efforts.
