We were looking to have our kitchen renovated on a small budget and we were extremely upfront with the budget when interviewing companies for the job. After being disappointed by several companies who indicated they were interested in the work but either never sent quotes or didn’t show for appointments, we learned of BA through a mutual friend.

BA was extremely attentive from day one, never making us feel like our job wasn’t important. She thoroughly explained how she worked and what to expect through the renovation process. We could either go through her and her contacts for purchasing tile, granite, sink, etc., or she was just as willing to work with us if we wanted to pursue some of these things on our own. If BA wasn’t physically at our house on a given day, she would check in to make sure things were going well. As with any project, there are always unexpected challenges that arise and BA managed those issues to our complete satisfaction. There was never a time where we were left in charge of dealing with issues on our own and she provided realistic timelines for completion of our project.

All of her subcontractors were prompt and courteous. They were also very clean. Having young children in the house, this was a major concern of mine and I found that everyone cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. BA is an excellent project manager and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to have work done. We hope to have her work on future projects in our house, as well.
